15 min Homemade Cah Pakis (Fern)

What you'll need:

1.) Pakis (ferns)
2.) Salts
3.) MSG
4.) Garlic/Red Onions
5.) Cayenne pepper

Step 1.
1. Cut the top of the ferns.
2. Wash it with water.
It will look just like this
Step 2.

1. Peel the onions or garlic skin.
2. Minced it or put it in the chopper. 
It will look just like this

Step 3.

1. Add cooking oil to frying pan
2. Wait for it to heat up.


2. When its heated, add the minced onions and garlics to the frying pan.
3. Stir it until it gets brownish color
4. Add the chopped ferns.
5. Stir it up until it gets wizened.
6. Add 1/2 tsp of salts

7. Add 1 tsp of MSG
8. Stir it until its equal.
9. Serve it and decorate it

P.S Serve it with some steamed rice
